Green View Health is developing a new self-help psychology programme designed to help people to deal with typical everyday problems like stress, anxiety and bereavement.
The project offers a series of guided self-therapy courses that teach people how to take important steps towards tackling difficult feelings and behaviours. Each course consists of pre-recorded sessions Dr. Lulu Preston, with worksheets and additional resources to help you help yourself and improve your psychological health.
