At Green View Health our goal is to help you feel like yourself again. We were founded by a senior NHS Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years working in frontline adult mental health - and our mission is to offer clinically proven therapies such as CBT and DBT to people with common psychological issues like anxiety, stress and depression, through to complex experiences like ADHD, OCD and personality disorders.

Our experienced therapists can help you address common issues that have a negative effect on your mental health. We are experienced working with teenagers, young adults and adults across a broad cross-section of society, also addressing problems experienced by couples, parents and children who are living with mental health issues.

Dealing with difficult life events
Life doesn’t always run smoothly. Relationships can break down. We lose friends and family through illness, dementia or because of difficult life events.
We can also struggle with childhood experiences and memories that affect us in later life.
Sometimes, it feels like everyday problems like making ends meet financially, feeling stressed and exhausted can become life-limiting problems without the right kind of support.
Therapy will change your relationship with these difficult events, helping you to move on with your life.

We all experience periods of unhappiness, feeling down, afraid, preoccupied or worried about something we just can’t seem to shake off.
With therapy you can understand why you’re feeling the way you are, and learn how to manage difficult feelings and difficult thoughts.

Coping with life and work

Meet Our Founder
Green View Health was founded in 2022 by Dr. Lulu Preston, MA (Hons), D.Clin.Psy, a senior NHS consultant clinical psychologist with over 25 years of frontline mental health experience.
Lulu is also the Associate Professional Director for Adult Mental Health for the Suffolk & North East Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB), which provides strategic direction and commissioning for NHS healthcare services throughout this large part of the East of England.
Through working closely with patients and services in a variety of locations and settings, Lulu started Green View Health to provide private therapy to the many people who need psychological help but can’t access it through the NHS, or face long waiting times.
